This coaching is designed for healthcare professionals and students (doctors, specialists, nurses and more) who want to improve their English for real clinical situations, OET preparation, or working abroad. 


Most students are intermediate to advance (B2-C1). You don't need perfect English, but you should be able to communicate clearly in everyday situations and we can build from there. 


Yes, you'll be speaking most of the time (around 70%) so you can build confidence and fluency. 


Most students choose 1-2 sessions per week, depending on their goals and timeline. 


Sessions are 50 minutes. 


Yes, we'll coordinate times that work for your schedule and time zone. 


I hold an active RN license, CCRN (critical care certification), BSN (bachelors degree), WFR (wilderness first responder), OET teaching certificate, and 120 hour TESOL. 


Payment is made upfront through the website. After booking, we'll schedule your sessions together. 


Yes, the coaching is designed to help you communicate clearly and confidently in real healthcare environments abroad. 


yes, small group sessions (3-5 students) are available at a lower cost per person. The participants of the group must be procured by the students. 


Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Changes made within 24 hours or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Medical English Coaching (MEC) – Terms & Conditions


1. Services Provided

Medical English Coaching (MEC) offers English language coaching for healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Group coaching sessions
  • OET (Occupational English Test) preparation
  • Writing review services
  • All services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling.
  • Payments are processed securely through the website.
  • After purchase, scheduling will be arranged directly with the client.


3. Scheduling

  • Session frequency (e.g., 1–3 sessions per week) will be agreed upon after booking.
  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time.
  • Sessions begin and end on time, regardless of late arrival.


4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded.
  • Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services at the discretion of MEC.


5. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may be considered in rare circumstances at MEC’s discretion.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Participate actively in sessions
  • Complete any assigned practice work
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication
  • MEC is not responsible for lack of progress due to missed sessions or lack of participation.


7. OET Coaching Disclaimer

  • While MEC provides targeted preparation strategies and feedback:
  • No guarantee is made regarding passing scores or test outcomes
  • Results depend on individual effort, starting level, and consistency


8. Communication & Support

  • Enrolled clients may receive limited support between sessions (e.g., WhatsApp/email)
  • Response times may vary 


9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (notes, lesson content, practice materials) are for personal use only and may not be:

  • Shared
  • Reproduced
  • Distributed


10. Confidentiality

All client information and session content will remain confidential.


11. Right to Refuse Service

MEC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client:

  • Violates these terms
  • Engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior


12. Modifications

MEC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
